Ian has a degree in Agriculture from the University of Reading. Carol has a degree in education from the University of Bradford. Ian’s career in farm management started in 1979 and has seen him manage many diverse enterprises and farms across Norfolk.

Andrew Spinks has a degree in Agriculture from the University of Nottingham (2008), and experience of working on farm as a stockman, tractor driver and as an assistant/ technical farm manager. Andrew now works full time as an agricultural business consultant. Andrew is a trustee of the Royal Norfolk Agricultural Association. Andrew is BASIS qualified.

James has a degree in Agriculture from the University of Nottingham (2011). He has worked as a tractor driver and has held several farm management posts. He is now a qualified agronomist with a client base across Norfolk and Suffolk.
